Last night:

I hit the gym.

35 minutes on the elliptical for 2.55 miles and 360 cal burn.

12 minutes on the treadmill for a 11:40 mile.

Along with stretching and lifting.

Long day/proud day

Did a nine hour day at work and then talked myself into going to the gym. 30 minutes on the elliptic for 360 cal burn and 2.55miles along with some weights and stretching in all a good day and I’m still energized!

Skinny Monkey Cookies
Ingredients
3 bananas
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.  
Mash bananas in a large bowl, then stir in remaining ingredients. 
Let batter stand for approximately 20 minutes 
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. 
Bake 10-12 minutes.
Makes about 30
